Cooking Guidelines	Remove all packaging. Grill/Fry/BBQ over a medium heat for 4 minutes each side turning occasionally OR for a healthier option place on baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven for 12-15 minutes at 180C/GM4. Times may vary.
