In the unlikely event your order from us is incorrect or damaged, please call or email us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to rectify any problems as quickly as we can.
Please let us know within 48 hours from the date of your order being delivered, if any products have been incorrectly supplied. We will then either provide a refund to the same payment card/PayPal account as was used to place the order, or send replacement correct items out to you.
If any of the products are defective or damaged in some way, they may at our discretion, have to be returned to Rendalls. If this is the case, we must ensure this happens by the Use By Date of the items. If they are indeed found to be faulty or defective, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund, and in either case this will include your postage costs. Where at all possible photographs of defective or damaged goods are required to be taken and sent/emailed to us to allow for a speedier refund if that is decided what will happen and also to allow us to, where necessary, improve our practices.
Your right to cancellation starts at the time of placing your order. As all of our products are food items and are therefore perishable, your right to cancel ceases 48 hours before dispatching or collecting of your order.
Our quality guarantee - if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please tell us and we will work with you to resolve this to your satisfaction.
