Delivery Information

Rendalls offers free delivery on orders over £75 to all of the UK - saving you money on your order! Deliveries are typically made within 48 hours but may take longer when busy. On orders below £75, our standard delivery charge is £6.95. 

We can also deliver to the Scottish Islands for £6.95 (£6.95 on orders over £75). Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Islands are only dispatched once a week on a Monday, so please bear this in mind when selecting a delivery date. Your delivery cost will be calculated for you at checkout.

Please note that due to Government changes we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.

We appreciate that you will want to know when your order will arrive, so you can name your delivery day. And if you have better things to do than hang around all day waiting for the bell to ring, you can leave instructions on where your order can be safely left. We would advise you do provide us with delivery instructions to ensure your delivery arrives the day you requested. If there is no place the parcel can be left safe, there is an option to have it delivered to a different shipping address.

Please note that courier delivery drivers will send through an email/text informing you of your delivery and showing you where it has been left.  Drivers DO NOT always knock or ring your doorbell as an email/text giving you an approximate time slot for your order will be sent prior to delivery.  In most instances delivery drivers WILL NOT phone to inform you of your delivery if this is requested or if they are having problems finding your property.   Due to your order being fresh food the courier is UNABLE TO TAKE THIS BACK TO THE DEPOT and they have to leave them at your delivery address.  We advice that you keep note of your delivery address and watch your phone and email address for delivery times etc. 

Your delivery will be chilled and delivered before 9pm the following day when dispatched but on rare occasions if there is a problem with courier outwith our control or peak seasons parcel may get delayed but will arrive the following day.Our parcels are packed and tested to last minimum of 48hours incase of this. (unless we're delivering to a highlands and islands address which may take 48 plus) so there is no need to wait in for your order, but on very rare occasions may be a day late. It is important that all meat and dairy products be refrigerated as soon as possible following receipt of your delivery. If you're not in, the courier will leave your order in a safe place, as they're not allowed to take it back to the depot.

By accepting our terms and conditions you also accept the possibility that your order may not be delivered on the day chosen if the courier suffers delays.

Once you input your delivery address and postcode the exact delivery charge, for the day you specify, will be automatically calculated and added to your bill (if applicable).

Please ensure that your shipping details and postcode are correct as we can take no responsibility for any goods not delivered if the incorrect details have been supplied.  

We do our utmost to pack our products to limit any damage during transit but due to the shipping of some of the more delicate items for example pies, cakes etc some damage may occur but by accepting our terms and conditions you accept that some damage may occur and you are happy to accept the possibility of this happening.

Orders placed after 6am will go out the following day on a Thursday will be sent out for a Tuesday deliWe don't offer a  Sunday or Monday delivery outwith our local delivery zones at present.

Please note that orders to the following delivery areas are on a 48 hour service as opposed to a next day service: AB31 - AB38, AB40 - AB56, IV16- IV28, IV30 - IV32, IV36 - IV40, IV52 - IV54, IV63, KW1 - KW14, PA21 - PA26, PA27 - PA38, PH4 - PH41, PH49 - PH50, HS, IV41 - IV49, IV51, IV55 - IV56, KA27 - KA28, KW15 - KW17, PA20, PA41 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH42 - PH44, ZE, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.

Please note: due to high output at busier times of the year, on rare occasions deliveries may miss the hub and arrive a day later than assigned, however all orders are packed to keep cool in case of this. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
