| Cooking Guidelines | To roast pre-heat oven to 180°C/Gas mark 4-5. For Medium: 30 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes. Well done: 35 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes. After the roast comes out of the oven, cover it with foil and allow to rest for at least 10-15 minutes. This allows the meat to relax, making it more succulent and easier to carve. |
