Chicken thighs are commonly used for curries or casseroles to offer a more rustic and juicy meal. Only ever cut from the finest Suffolk chicken and free from added water. Many top chefs love and use chicken thighs in many recipes due to the wonderful flavour but there is also benefits in cost when buying chicken thighs - much more economical! If you prefer white meat for your casserole or curry however, you may prefer our chicken fillet or diced chicken breasts.
