Description

Made by The Island Smokery in Orkney. They use only Orkney cheddar for all their smoked cheeses. The blocks of cheese are cut, and individually smoked using traditional methods. Their newest range include a flavoured selection of blended cheeses.

This 150g log of smoked cheese is flavoured with ploughmans pickle, giving a nice extra tang to the flavour of the cheese. The perfect size for topping one of Kenmore Bakery's cocktail oatcakes.
