| Cooking Guidelines | Coat 1Kg piece/pieces in a little seasoned flour and brown in a casserole dish. Add some diced carrot and onion and soften. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes, 50g tomato puree and 500ml of red wine and 500ml water/stock. Stir and cover and place in the oven for 2-21/2 hours at 160C/GM3. Serve with mash potatoes or reduce sauce and serve with pasta |
