Cooking Guidelines ???? Sirloin Steaks (200g each) Best for: Pan frying or grilling Pan Fry Method (recommended): Remove from fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking. Season with salt and pepper. Heat pan until very hot and add a little oil. Cook on high heat: Rare: 2–3 minutes per side Medium rare: 3–4 minutes per side Medium: 4–5 minutes per side Well done: 6–7 minutes per side Rest for 5 minutes before serving. ???? Ribeye Steaks (200g each) Best for: Pan frying, grilling, or BBQ Pan Fry Method: Bring to room temperature before cooking. Season well with salt and pepper. Cook in a very hot pan with a little oil: Rare: 2–3 minutes per side Medium rare: 3–4 minutes per side Medium: 4–5 minutes per side Well done: 6–7 minutes per side Rest for 5–10 minutes to keep juices inside.
