| Cooking Guidelines | PAN FRY from Frozen Remove from all packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry burgers over a low to medium heat for 18 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary. |

Day 6 of our first order (after a 2-day break from fresh meat.) This was a familiar meat for us, but it was far superior to the usual supermarket variety that we have tried in the past. There was little to no fat after grilling and the meat texture was dense and solid with no chewy unidentifiable bits of filler. The flavour was lovely and not too strong. It could pass for lamb if you have fussy children to feed. Just don't mention Bambi and they'll never know! The dates on this meat pack are still in date too after 6 days. Tonight, it's going to be my personal favourite Sirloin Steak and tomorrow will be haggis and again both still in date since delivery. Reviews to follow. Thanks Jackie x
