Our Gold Scotch Joint sirloin is a classic roasting joint which is well hung for tenderness and full of flavour..
Cooking - oven temperature approximately 190o for about 20 mins, reducing heat to 170o for a further 20 mins per 500g plus extra depending on how you like your meat.

A fantastic piece of beef for a family roast Cooked wonderfully. Came up rare as planned. Tender. A delight to carve. Marvellous texture and taste. I wonder if that is a result of the Orkney grass salt tinged by the sea breeze. Seasoned from the inside out. Highly recommended Love this butcher. This was my 4 th delivery down south to Hertfordshire.

This was an excellent choice of meat. Full of flavour and it was melt in the mouth. So far so good with quality from this butcher. Will test Cajun Chicken on Sunday. We are pleased we found this butcher.
