Amazing meat. The first time ive ever cooked minced beef and not had to pour off, or boil off, anything.. great flavour and texture, fried with mushrooms and onions. Cant wait to try a long cooked casserole or bolognese.

Absolutely gorgeous mince. The smaller pack does me perfectly for two weeks mince and tatties. I use half of it one week and put the other half in the freezer for a week and it's lovely after that as well.
