Ideal for a small burns supper
Prepared in a natural casing, this is a useful alternative to THE CHIEFTAIN and can be used for the smaller Burns Supper. It is prepared in exactly the same way as the Chieftan but is simply smaller in size. Weighing 1 kilogram, it will serve up to 4 people as a main course or 8 as a starter. Delivered in a "Cook-In bag"
|Cooking Guidelines||Remove outer packaging,wrap haggis in foil and place in saucepan of boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes per 500g Oven Wrap in foil and place in 1 inch of water in an oven dish in a pre – heated oven for 40 minutes per 500g at 160C/GM 3.|
